Where Can I Buy An American Express Serve Card - https://byltly.com/2tCZeC
The Serve card is an American Express branded card and as such, is accepted anywhere American Express is accepted. In daily usage, you should not notice a difference between a prepaid debit card and a traditional debit card.
You can remove funds from your Serve account by ATM withdrawals, bill pay, and transferring money to other folks with Serve accounts (or to your own bank account)! And remember, Serve is like a debit card, so you can make purchases in-store or online anywhere American Express cards are accepted.
The American Express Serve family of reloadable prepaid Accounts are available to U.S. residents who are over 18 years old only (or 19 in certain states) and for use virtually anywhere American Express Cards are accepted worldwide, subject to verification. Fees apply. Other eligibility and restrictions apply. For complete details please visit serve.com/jacksonhewitt/legal to view the applicable Consumer User Agreement for each Serve reloadable prepaid Account.
How long will it take for my clients to get their IRS refunds onto their Serve CardsTax refunds that are added onto a serve card take no longer than direct deposit to a traditional checking account. Your client should receive their serve card within 7-10 days of signing up, and once the tax refund is processed and available from the government it will be loaded onto the card.
Once my client is approved for Serve and selects Serve for their IRS refund, what happens nextYour client will receive an email within a few minutes that prompts them to set up their online Account. There will be a unique link in the email that they can click on to set this up. Setting up the account is necessary to access features such as direct deposit, online bill pay and sub-accounts. They will also receive a welcome email with general information to introduce them to serve. Their personalized Serve Card will arrive in the mail 7-10 days after signing up and once the IRS refund is processed and available from the government it will be added onto the Card. Once activated, the card can be used immediately.
Serve is a new account and a new brand -- serve.com has no Amex branding on its homepage -- that you can fund through bank accounts, credit or debit cards, or payments from other Serve accounts. (So for now, the traditional players aren't really being left out of the equation -- just pushed to \"funding.\")
You can also use it offline via a new Serve card, that works sort of like a refillable Starbucks card -- fill it with money from your Serve account, and use it to pay anywhere Amex cards are accepted. Plus, you can use it to get cash from an ATM.

Just wanted to let people know, if you just got this card as part of the promotion and don't use it like me, you should definitely start taking steps to close it now before you start racking up $4.95 a month for nothing. It won't appear on your Verizon account, only on your serve account. That's why its so urget if you never use the card, because you'll never see it and it'll just keep building up.
Prepaid debit cards come with a variety of fees that add to the cost. While many companies allow you to order a free card online, you can also purchase a card at a local retailer for anywhere between $1 and $6. Besides the cost of buying a card, most cards have a monthly fee that varies between $4 and $10 per month. Other fees include reload charges, which can cost as much as $6 per transaction and ATM withdrawals of $2.50 on average.

Children and youth under the age of 19 travel free. At terminals where a ticket is needed for walk-on travel, the youth must be present at the ticket booth to receive a free youth ticket, which is valid for two hours and needed to pass the turnstile. A youth ORCA card may be tapped at the turnstile for passage. Teenagers behind the wheel of a motor vehicle must pay the adult vehicle and driver fare (see next section).
Like their competitors Visa and Mastercard, American Express recently overhauled their dispute and chargeback policies. The aim of this move was to serve card members and merchants better, and hopefully avoid chargebacks when possible.
Chargebacks on American Express cards serve the same function as other credit cards. Their chargeback process differs because it is typically more straightforward. The reason is simple: unlike larger rivals like Visa and Mastercard, American Express serves as an issuing bank and provides payment-processing services to merchants.
When I told her what the cardholder agreement said she basically called me a liar and just read the script again. So stay away from this company. I have filed complaints with the government agencies that is over the compliance of American express travel related services. Just avoid this company. They lie, treat you bad and don't even follow their own rules they wrote. But expect you to follow all their rules. Terrible.
Because the Serve card is an American Express branded card, it is acceptedwherever American Express is accepted. In everyday use, there should be nodifference between a prepaid debit card and a traditional card.
I contacted Mr Thomas when I was getting absolute disrespect from a prepaid credit card company. At first Mr. Thomas explained he had his hands full with these cases, but he returned my email accepting my case. He was extremely informative with me on the case at hand, & did not stop to get me the justice I deserved! I am grateful for his effort, & positive outcome - I will recommend him to any little guy seeking Justice in a heart beat - thank you Mr. Thomas! From Avvo Reviews
