The plot revolves around the accidental arrival of the 1987 Turtles and their enemies, Shredder and Krang, into the world of the 2003 Turtles. The two teams of Turtles must overcome their differences and work together to stop Shredder's plan to destroy all realities with the help of his counterpart from the original comic book dimension. Along the way, they encounter various characters and locations from their respective histories, such as April O'Neil, Casey Jones, Splinter, the Technodrome, Dimension X, and more.
Turtles Forever is a tribute to the 25th anniversary of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles franchise, and features many references and homages to its various media adaptations. The film received positive reviews from critics and fans alike, who praised its humor, animation, action, and nostalgia value. It is considered by many to be one of the best TMNT films ever made. The 2003 Turtles manage to defeat Hun and his gang, but not before they steal the 1987 Turtles' mutagen. The Turtles then track down the Technodrome again, only to find it abandoned. They enter it and discover a portal that leads them to the 1987 dimension, where they meet their counterparts' friends April O'Neil and Casey Jones. They also learn that Ch'rell has taken over the Technodrome and modified it with Utrom technology. He then uses it to travel to another dimension, where he intends to destroy the original Mirage Comics Turtles, who are the source of all other versions of the Turtles.
The two teams of Turtles follow him, along with the 1987 Splinter, April, and Casey. They arrive in a monochrome world that resembles the Mirage Comics. There, they meet the Mirage Turtles, who are more violent and aggressive than their counterparts. They agree to help them stop Ch'rell, who has found their lair and is preparing to detonate a bomb that will wipe out all Turtle realities. The Turtles engage in a final battle with Ch'rell, his Foot-Bots, Bebop, Rocksteady, and Hun (who has been mutated into a turtle by the stolen mutagen). They manage to overcome their enemies and defuse the bomb, but Ch'rell escapes into another portal.
The Turtles follow him and end up in a dimension where they are depicted as superheroes. They confront Ch'rell one last time and manage to defeat him by using their combined skills and weapons. They then return him to the Utroms, who promise to imprison him for his crimes. The Turtles then bid farewell to each other and return to their respective dimensions, having gained new respect and friendship for their alternate selves. 0efd9a6b88
